Shipping
General Information
We ship internationally using third-party carriers. Once an order has been dispatched, it is considered in transit and fully under the responsibility of the carrier.
Shipping timelines vary depending on destination, customs procedures, carrier operations, and external factors outside of our control. As such, we do not guarantee delivery dates.
Order Processing and Dispatch
Tracking information is provided when available. The absence of tracking updates does not constitute a delivery failure.
Once an order has been handed over to the carrier, ownership and risk transfer to the customer.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
International shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, tariffs, or other charges imposed by the destination country.
The buyer is solely and fully responsible for all customs duties, taxes, tariffs, and import fees, regardless of any effort on our part to minimize such charges.
Failure to pay required customs fees may result in delays, return to sender, abandonment, or destruction of the shipment. In such cases:
-
The order will not be refunded.
-
Shipping costs and any associated fees remain non-refundable.
Delivery Issues and Liability
We bear no responsibility or liability for:
-
Delays caused by carriers, customs authorities, weather, strikes, or force majeure events
-
Parcels lost, delayed, misrouted, or damaged after dispatch
-
Shipments marked as delivered by the carrier
-
Incorrect, incomplete, or inaccurate shipping information provided by the customer
-
Failed deliveries due to recipient unavailability or refusal
Once dispatched, all delivery-related claims must be addressed directly with the carrier.
Risk Transfer
All risk of loss, damage, or delay transfers to the customer at the moment the shipment is handed over to the carrier.
